Bio of Chef Moji ‘Dewunmi - Williams Mo Chops African Cuisine & Restaurant is owned and operated by Moji (Mo) ‘Dewunmi - Williams, Executive Chef. Chef Mo began her cooking career at the age of 8 under the tutelage of her mother, Mrs. Sadiat A. Erogbogbo. Chef Mo received her Degree in Education from Jos College of Education and was an Assistant Superintendent of Immigration for several years. She launched a successful catering business in Lagos, Nigeria catering more than 125 events from weddings to business lunches and private parties. Her clients consisted of The Nigerian Immigration Service, City Express Bank, Gulf Bank, Atlantic Bank, Profund Securities and United States Information Service (USIS) in Lagos. Upon migrating to the United States, she started Mo Chops Catering Services in Dallas, Texas providing catering services to private parties, businesses, civic and cultural organizations. Chef Mo is a State of Texas Certified Food Preparation Manager. Chef Mo’s passion is cooking and she has meticulously designed a menu of delectable dishes for her new Restaurant which she has branded “Never Ending Delights”. Mo Chops received a “Star Award” from the African Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Fort-Worth in December, 2007.
